Richardson Whitman Large & Badger has decided to wind up its operations. While the decision to close the firm is difficult, many of our attorneys and staff will be making transitions to new firms or positions beginning in June, while others will transition to retirement after decades of dedicated work for our valued clients and partners.
Individual attorneys will supplement this notice with their individual plans, but we anticipate that our wind up will begin June 1, 2026, with legal services concluding by September 1, 2026. We will do our best to minimize the impact of this decision on our clients. At the conclusion of legal services, the firm will wind up the firm’s business.
Current clients with active matters will receive communication directly from the attorney with whom you are working regarding next steps. However, should you have any questions related to your pending or prior matters, including assistance in determining next steps for the handling of files, please do feel free to reach out to the attorney you have worked with.
